April 6, 2018 SunFood company conducted a vegetable fat spread degustation by the company and competing firms. For more objective appraisal degustation was secrecy. The main idea of the degustation was to detect existing flaws of the new product of the company, also find out how the new product is accepted by the audience, it can help company to improve the quality of product in the future.
Consumers from different segments took participation in degustation in every group were 10 peoples. Every participant need to filled the blank where he can to take the appraisal for the several criterias: taste, smell, color and consistency.
This result can help the company improve the production of product and try to satisfy all customer requests.
